We are seeking a motivated and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming team at Noosa Hospital on a part-time basis (40 hours per fortnight).

About the Role
As a key member of our Medical Centre team, you will help ensure every patient enjoys a smooth, professional, and caring experience.
Your day will include:
* Managing reception and administrative duties with efficiency and accuracy.
* Handling patient enquiries via phone and email with empathy and professionalism.
* Coordinating bookings, billing, and medical records.
* Supporting clinicians and nursing staff to deliver seamless patient care.

About You
You are a positive, self-motivated individual who brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction. You will take pride in being reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate, with a genuine passion for patient care.
You'll bring:
* Experience in a medical reception or administrative role.
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
* Experience with Genie or BlueChip software and Medicare/HICAPS billing (desirable).
