Role Description
This is a Contract term position (6 Months Min), on-site position for a Grader Operator located in Colac West, VIC. The Grader Operator will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of grading equipment, ensuring proper maintenance of machines, and adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities include grading roads, leveling surfaces, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with the team to complete projects on time and to standard. The role requires adaptability to site conditions and commitment to maintaining high-quality work. (min 8 years proven experience, Trimble operation a must)
Qualifications
* Proficient in using grading machinery and equipment with Trimble
* Knowledge of machine maintenance and safe operation standards
* Ability to read and interpret construction and grading plans
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
* Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively on-site
* Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and manage physical demands of the role
* Valid and relevant machinery operator certification or licenses
* Experience in road construction, grading, or a related field is an advantage
