Do you want to work with a passionate and supportive team, that puts people first? For Purpose Aged Care is looking for an experienced Café Manager to run our in-house café located inside Tamworth Community Aged Care.
Tuesday to Friday: 0900hrs - 1500hrs
Saturday: 1000hrs - 1400hrs
The Café is the hub of our beautiful Aged Care Residence providing a welcoming space for Residents, families, employees and the community.

In This Role
* Have an engaging personality and provide a warm and welcoming café environment for Residents, visitors and employees
* Increase loyalty and boost the café's reputation through the provision of excellent menu items and service
* Develop menus to reflect the seasons and customer preference
* Train new employees and provide on-going training to all café team members
* Have enthusiasm to develop a business
