Linkly is Australia's leading supplier of payment integration solutions. Our rock-solid middleware powers over 200,000 terminals and processes over two billion transactions annually. Our applications support over 500 POS applications. As a private company, we have built our reputation through seamless integration of payment terminals and POS systems. Our clients include major banks and retailers such as Woolworths, David Jones, Myer, JB Hi-Fi, and Bunnings. Our MerchantSuite and BPOINT products are renowned for their reliable recurring billing and IVR features and handle approximately 10% of all online card transactions in Australia.

Our goal is to continuously lead the payments industry with new technology delivering value to clients, which who include merchants, banks, acquirers and POS vendors, expanding our presence into other regions.

Job Summary

The Relationship Manager – Banks & Acquirers will be responsible for managing and strengthening Linkly's relationships with acquiring banks, financial institutions, and payment partners. This role will act as the primary contact for assigned banking and acquiring partners, ensuring strong collaboration, alignment on strategic initiatives, and a high level of partner satisfaction.

The role will work closely with internal teams across Product, Commercial, Operations, and Support to coordinate partner initiatives, manage issues and escalations, and ensure partner feedback informs product and service development. The Relationship Manager will also identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and support the expansion of Linkly's payment capabilities across the acquiring ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop strong relationships with acquiring banks and financial institution partners, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
* Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery of payment solutions and a consistent partner experience.
* Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and support commercial growth across the acquiring ecosystem.
* Manage partner issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
* Maintain strong governance across partner relationships by ensuring contract compliance, tracking agreed deliverables, and following up on actions from Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
* Provide insights from banking and acquirer partners to inform internal strategy, product roadmap, and service improvements
* Support commercial discussions, partnership reviews, and executive stakeholder engagement
Qualifications / Experience
* 5+ years experience in relationship management, account management, or partner management
* Experience working with banks, acquirers, payment processors, or financial institutions
* Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including POS integrations, terminal networks, and acquiring models
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex B2B relationships and coordinate across internal teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to engage effectively with both operational teams and senior stakeholders within partner organisations
