We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable professional to join our team as a Technical Trainer/Advisor. This is a hands-on and diverse role based in Warwick Farm, NSW where your HVAC experience and knowledge will be used to support both our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of an annual course portfolio and training schedule, including responding to customer training requests and developing suitable course material and presentation.
* Provide technical information and support regarding Daikin product range to assist Technicians with fault-finding and problem solving.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge and background in HVAC are essential.
* Trade Certificate in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and a valid refrigerant handling license is ideal.
* Flexibility and availability to travel (regional and interstate).
* Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision.
