Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure all cleaning requirements are met each shift.
- Interact with residents in a friendly, helpful, and positive manner.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other designated areas, following established protocols.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
- Report maintenance issues or concerns promptly.
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures.
- Follow safe work practices and use PPE as required.

Employment is subject to satisfactory background checks, including professional references, NDIS worker screening clearance, and current flu vaccination.
About You
You will possess:
- Previous cleaning experience in healthcare or aged care, or a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
- A positive attitude and compassionate approach to elderly residents.
- Understanding of infection control practices.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed.
