What you'll be doing
Engaging with prospective customers to understand their energy needs and goals
Conducting site assessments and providing detailed solar system design proposals
Educating customers on the benefits of solar power and the latest technologies
Negotiating and closing sales, ensuring a smooth customer experience
Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and achieving individual sales targets
Collaborating with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Representing the company at industry events and networking functions
What we're looking for
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the renewable energy, home improvement or construction industry
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of solar energy systems and technologies
Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable solutions
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve personal and company-wide goals
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the local area
