What You Will Be Doing HR Business Partnering Partner with managers and senior leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with business needsSupport organisational development, workforce planning, and performance management initiativesLead recruitment for senior roles and provide input into remuneration and benchmarking decisionsContribute to employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning strategiesAssist with the delivery of HR projects, including change initiatives and policy reviewsSupporting Newcastle and other NSW based locations. Employee Relations Provide expert guidance on ER matters, award and agreement interpretation, and workplace policies.Support or lead enterprise agreement negotiations and union consultations.Manage complex workplace investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.Proactively identify and manage ER risks, recommending effective solutions.Coach and upskill managers in ER processes and best practices. What You Need Proven HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within a matrix environment.Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, and ER frameworks.Demonstrated experience in managing operational Human Resources and employee relations activity.Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee issues. Your Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.Confident communicator with strong influencing and relationship-building skills.Resilient and adaptable with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
