A Senior Facilities Coordinator is sought after to oversee a team of four Facilities Coordinators and manage the maintenance requirements for the Infrastructure Facilities Department.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the delivery of all maintenance tasks as per the Technical Maintenance Plan, ensuring high standards are met.
* Promote business maintenance improvement by implementing enhanced work practices, staffing, and technology to modernize operations for the future.
* Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, along with relevant maintenance standards and processes.
* Collaborate closely with the Integrated Fault Centre to expedite fault responses while maintaining efficiency.
* Develop junior staff in both technical and professional aspects of their roles.
About You:
* Experience working within the Facilities Maintenance Industry.
* Extensive leadership experience with supervisory roles.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and proficiency.
* High computer literacy and knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Visio).
