JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Project Manager, Integration will lead complex integration projects across Finance, Payroll, HCM and Identity Management within the Digital Reimagination (DRI) Program. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning and scope through testing and deployment, ensuring seamless data flow between systems and minimal disruption to operations. You will partner with technical teams, vendors and senior stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that drive efficiency, support digital transformation and enable MACS's strategic vision.

Please note: this is a two year fixed-term role

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of integration projects across HCM, Finance, Payroll and Identity Management systems in a university, TAFE or school setting.
* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success metrics in collaboration with academic and administrative stakeholders.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, risks and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
* Oversee the design, development and implementation of system integrations, ensuring data consistency and process automation across platforms such as student information systems (SIS), HRIS and finance systems.
* Coordinate with solution architects, integration developers and vendors to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture.
* Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, IT, Payroll, academic leadership and external vendors.
ABOUT YOU
* Extensive experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional IT projects, particularly involving enterprise system integrations.
* Demonstrated experience in the education sector with understanding of academic and administrative systems, data flows and compliance requirements.
* Strong understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, batch jobs and web services.
* Knowledge of integrating HCM, Finance, Payroll and Identity Management platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, Technology One, SuccessFactors, ADP, Azure AD).
* Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, MuleSoft) and their integration capabilities.
* Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream integration projects and deliver on time and within budget.
* Experience managing budgets, risks and resources in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
* Experience with integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft or Azure Integration Services.
