As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational performance within our Residential Aged Care Homes. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and guiding Residential Managers and staff to achieve exceptional outcomes. Your expertise in leadership, business management, and human services will be invaluable in this role.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading geographically dispersed teams, with experience in the management of residential aged care homes. They will also possess knowledge of legislative and operating requirements within the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
