The Position
:
1. Drive a culture of teamwork, openness, responsibility, and passion for quality
2. Day to day management of front of house team while ensuring all compliance with contract and service standards is maintained leading to smooth day to day operations
3. Lead the front of house team providing guidance on organisational and daily goals, and drive outstanding customer service
4. Working closely with the site Operations Manager to maintain strong customer relationships
5. People management including managing performance related issues
The Person:
6. Previous experience in a leadership and people management role including rostering and budgets
7. HACCP Food handling experience
8. Strong awareness and Management of allergens in a food service environment.
9. Proven ability to leading and managing a team with great communication skills
10. Ability to work independently and confidence to make operational decisions with support from the site operations manager.
