About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven property sales professional to facilitate sales contracts with prospective purchasers and manage all required documentation.
Responsibilities include:
* Facilitate sales contracts with prospective purchasers and manage all required documentation.
* Staff and maintain the onsite sales office, including weekends and public holidays.
* Provide input to marketing initiatives and ensure alignment across advertising, digital channels, and display material.
* Prepare reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis to inform project strategies.
* Contribute to planning discussions on product mix, pricing, and marketing.
* Liaise closely with project, marketing, and contracts teams to deliver seamless outcomes.
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
* Current registration as an Agents Representative (or Estate Agent) with relevant authorities.
* A minimum of 5 years' proven property sales experience.
* Desired work experience selling: 'Off the Plan' Townhomes, Commercial offices (Strata), Land, Apartments.
* Strong customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work across diverse buyer groups, cultures, and nationalities.
* Ability to manage volume enquiry leads.
* Ability to manage a diverse product portfolio.
* Ability to work within a Sales CRM system.
* A current driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle.
* A team-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and integrity.
