Who We're Looking For:
We have multiple positions available for newly qualified Carpenters, Glaziers, Labourers and experienced Tradespeople.
Experience & Qualifications
* Qualified Carpenter or Glazier preferred but not essential (experience with heritage buildings/windows is a bonus)
* Minimum 6 months construction experience required for applicants without formal qualifications
* Ability to work well in a team and willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
* Applicants must have valid Australian work rights
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
* Arrive on time for morning briefing & load-out
* Remove existing glass, prep rebates, and repair window frames
* Safely move and install new double-glazed units (glass handling)
* Work with ladders, scaffolding, or boom lifts as required
* White card certification is mandatory for this role
* Follow our proven installation process for efficiency and safety
* Clean up and pack down at the end of the day
