About the Role
As a Care Professional with our organisation, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents at our aged care facility. You will plan, organise, and deliver care in line with individual Resident Care Plans, promoting high standards of professional practice.
You will provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to our Care Staff, while developing care plans in consultation with residents, families, General Practitioners, and allied health professionals. Key attributes for success in this role include:
