Interpret and communicate technical concepts in a way that supports understanding and informed decision making across the business.Develop test scenarios and test cases for validation of solutions.Configure and implement solutions across applications for seamless integration.Advise and assist users how to make the best use of application functionality.Support BAU system maintenance to meet both short-term and long-term goals.Skills and experience required for the role:Required:Experience in business and systems analysis, process modelling, requirements definition, data mapping and integration design.Skilled in structured systems development, aligning business and technical needs.Expertise in writing test cases, creating test scenarios and scripts, conducting testing, and ensuring full traceability.Defining and executing acceptance criteria for functionality and quality assurance.Supporting change management, user training, and post-implementation support.Engage with third parties for seamless integration.Previous experience in Retail, FMCG, logistics or supply chain environments.Knowledge of Infor M3, CSNX or other similar ERP and WMS solutions.Experience with tools for documenting business requirements and test cases (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
