**Werribee & Western Automotive Group, **we have an opening for an experienced Aftermarket Sales Consultant / Car Care Specialist to join our successful team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and positive minded individual who has a passion for the automotive industry and a flair for sales. We are looking for a team player who is self-driven and self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal & presentation skills. Excellent customer service every time will be the key to you succeeding! Previous Aftermarket / Car Care sales experience in the automotive industry is highly regarded.
This position is well supported by our management team. A generous salary package will be offered in line with your proven aftermarket sales experience and success, plus a rewarding sales commission structure. (For the proven successful aftermarket specialist a fully maintained vehicle or vehicle allowance is on offer).
**The expectations of this role include**:
- Solid and consistent profit contribution to the business
- Always provide a high level or customer service to customers
- Ensure customers are comfortable during their visit to the dealership
- Identify opportunities to deliver profit to the aftermarket department
- Work with sales team in ensuring vehicle deliveries are prepared on time
- Help with day to day front end tasks where necessary
**To be successful in this role**:
- Aftermarket experience in the automotive industry preferred
- What we would like to see from you is experience in a customer facing role, along with a desire to succeed, a can do attitude and the want to work in an organisation which is very focused on the team work, providing first class customer service and driving consistent profitability through your department
- You must be highly organised and having strong planning skills
- A full driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
