DWS is seeking multiple Full Stack Power BI Developers for a major data migration with our client in the healthcare sector. Working with a team of data engineers, analysts and other reporting specialists, you will contribute to a vital enterprise-wide data migration program leveraging predominantly Microsoft Fabric.
There are various projects part of the program covering data migrations both to, and from, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, financial and clinical systems. This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping deliver secure and scalable solutions, and advanced reporting and visualisation capabilities.

Essential Skills and Experience
* Strong hands‐on experience as a Senior Full Stack Power BI Developer; including report development, semantic model design, and workspace management
* Additional Tableau experience is beneficial, but not required
* Strong capability in designing and managing Power BI semantic models; including relationships, hierarchies, and measures
* Proficiency in DAX; including time intelligence, complex measures, and performance optimisation
* Proven experience building business‐ready dashboards and reports across operational, financial, or clinical domains
* Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive reporting solutions; including KPIs, drill‐through, and reusable templates
* Strong understanding of data visualisation principles; including usability, accessibility, and clear storytelling
* Ability to structure and shape data within Power BI to support effective reporting, even where upstream data is imperfect
* Experience with Microsoft Fabric; or equivalent Azure data platform components including ADLS/Delta Lake, Data Factory or similar orchestration tools, and Power BI; including ingestion and consumption patterns (e.g. Direct Lake, import, DirectQuery)
* Experience with Power Query (M); including transformation logic and query folding
* Experience integrating data from multiple sources; including Fabric Lakehouse, SQL systems, and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Dynamics 365
* Experience managing data refresh strategies; including incremental refresh and scheduling
* Experience optimising Power BI performance; including model design, DAX tuning, and dataset efficiency
* Ability to troubleshoot performance issues across both data and visual layers
* Strong capability in data validation, reconciliation, and defect identification within the reporting layer
* Familiarity with governance practices; including naming conventions, standards, and row‐level security
* Experience managing workspaces, deployments, and lifecycle practices; including CI/CD and environment separation (dev/test/prod)
* Ability to work closely with data engineering teams and support report migration from legacy platforms
* Strong focus on pragmatic delivery; balancing speed, usability, and maintainability
