ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Our client is a well-recognized Global brand, with world class beautiful women's merchandise. The company is expanding across multiple well known Global brands.
ROLE:
Rapid growth nationally of the retail business has created a need for an exceptional stand-alone State Manager candidate with a desire to manage multiple brands and to partner with the international team and with the local team.
Reporting to the Brand Assistant General managers.
The challenge is to turbo charge profitable growth, opening double-digit stores across two brands in ****.
The operating disciplines and efficiencies to scale up the business, then re-load and go again. This role will be incredibly fast-paced. Building your own team, working across all functions of retail store operations, high levels of customer service disciplines, store development, recruitment, and training of all new teams.
