Job Title: Multicultural Social Worker
We are seeking a dedicated social worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment, and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver services across both community and inpatient settings at Armidale Hospital
* Support the local refugee community
* Provide person-centred, trauma-informed care that addresses the health and social needs of patients and their families
Requirements:
* Bachelor in Social Work or equivalent
* Eligibility for membership with Australian Association of Social Work (AASW)
* Ability to participate in a weekend roster once every 8 weeks when trained
