Job Title: Strategic Leader
We are seeking an experienced strategic leader to oversee the Joint Steering Committee Secretariat.
* Management of Secretariat functions
* Development and implementation of strategic policy
* Improving governance and strengthening relationships to support improved outcomes across remote housing
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, management, and policy development. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Leading the Secretariat team to achieve strategic objectives
2. Developing and implementing policies that support the Remote Housing NT Agreement
3. Strengthening relationships with key stakeholders to improve outcomes
