About the role
Reporting to the Program Director, you’ll collaborate with data analysts, functional consultants, and developers. Your key stakeholders include the PMO, IT leadership, and business units. The goal is to deliver robust SAP S/4HANA and ECC data and analytics solutions through project-based cloud migrations, focusing on design and testing.
Duties
- Lead SAP data and analytics tasks for RISE projects, designing BW/BPC, HANA, and cloud integrations (Cloud Connector, Datasphere).
- Drive solution design and testing streams, ensuring seamless cutovers and defect root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and process optimization.
Skills/Experience
- 10+ years in SAP data and analytics, with at least 1 recent SAP cloud migrations or RISE project
- Expertise in BW/BPC, HANA databases, Cloud Connector, Datasphere, and SAC.
- Proven project-based experience (no BAU) in solution design and testing streams.
- SAP HANA, BTP, or analytics certifications preferred; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
