We offer compassionate, culturally sensitive support through our National Immigration Support Service (NISS).
About the Position
This role involves conducting clinical assessments and evidence-based therapy for asylum seekers and refugees. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering clinical expertise to support clients from diverse backgrounds
* Evaluating clients' cognitive, emotional, behavioural, and daily living capabilities through formal and informal assessments
* Supporting clients through significant life changes with skill-building and coping strategies through individual and group therapy
* Tracking client progress and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure ongoing, effective support and care
The successful candidate will also provide training and guidance to caseworkers and staff on therapeutic approaches and incident management.
