Position Overview
Due to continued growth, our client\'s water treatment and chemicals solutions business is seeking a dedicated Service Engineer for the Perth Metro area. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence to ensure optimal performance of water treatment systems across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform on-site assessments, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting for water treatment systems, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
* Manage chemical dosing programs and monitor system performance across industries such as mineral processing, food and beverage, and manufacturing.
* Support the installation and commissioning of water treatment systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and adherence to safety protocols.
* Provide clients with technical reports and recommendations for system improvements.
* Develop customised water treatment solutions for RO and membrane filtration systems systems, optimising performance and reducing costs.
* Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
* Respond promptly to customer service requests and emergency situations.
* Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all client systems.
Requirements
* Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or trade background
* Experience in water treatment systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
* Knowledge of chemical dosing programs, reverse osmosis and water quality standards in Australia
* Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
* Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
* Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel
* Certification in water treatment technologies preferred.
