We are looking for two qualified and experienced Diesel Fitters to join our team at TMB Industries to maintain a modern fleet of blast hole drills highest standards The roles will be based on site across various mine-sites within the Bowen Basin. You will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing heavy mining equipment.

Responsibilities:
* Carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance on the mobile fleet across various mine sites
* Carrying out repairs in the field.
* Perform inspections to determine condition and suitability to return to service.
* Complete preventative maintenance such as inspections, servicing and adjustments.
* Conduct breakdown related maintenance such as troubleshooting, repairs and replacements.
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues
* Ensure all repairs and maintenance are carried out safely and efficiently
* Work collaboratively with the TMB Industries team, to minimise downtime
* Maintain compliance with site‑specific regulations and environmental standards
* Communicate effectively with incoming/ outgoing crews
* Complete maintenance records and inspection checklists
Requirements:
* Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
* Experience with modern diesel engines and diagnostics
* Experience with blast hole drills an advantage
* Ability to work in a team or independently
* Strong commitment to safety
* Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical an advantage
