About the Role
With a bold 2030 ambition ahead, Telstra Health is evolving how finance partners with the business by bringing sharper insights, stronger planning, and greater commercial focus to support sustainable growth. Our Finance team is key to deliver on this strategy, working closely with leaders to enable confident, data‐driven decisions.
This is a high‐impact, hands on role where you'll lead planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, while shaping how finance partners with the business to deliver on strategic priorities.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across P&L, cash, and variance analysis ensuring consistency and accuracy.
* Prepare monthly management reports, board packs, and executive presentations with clear, practical insights and commentary on performance versus budget and forecast.
* Support decision‐making through financial modelling, ROI analysis, and the creation of business cases.
* Partner with Executives and Senior Leaders to report and deliver insights that influence key business decisions.
* Lead and develop a FP&A team while building finance capability.
* Drive improvements across systems and processes, ensuring strong data quality, reporting, and compliance.
About You
* Demonstrated experience in FP&A within complex, matrixed, or multinational environments.
* Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at business unit or regional level.
* Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams.
* Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
* Advanced Excel and experience with ERP/BI tools (e.g. Dynamics, Workday Adaptive Planning, Power BI).
* CA / CPA / CFA (or equivalent) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar.
