Job Title: Ecommerce Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned ecommerce professional to drive growth and deliver commercial outcomes for our The Healthy Mummy brand.
As the ecommerce manager, you will be responsible for developing and owning the ecommerce strategy, managing online sales channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and product sales volume.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and own The Healthy Mummy ecommerce strategy
* Own and be accountable for The Healthy Mummy's revenue targets and product sales volume
* Manage online sales channel to ensure product is accurately represented
* Develop, curate and implement the promotional calendar for our health-conscious community
* Flex across channels including CRM, website and advertising
* Work with our community manager and MedOps team to understand sentiment and product supply flow
* Collaborate with our SEO specialist and App/Project Manager to develop content where necessary (as per your strategy to drive revenue) across e.g. eDMs, social posts, blogs in line with promotions and community nurture
* Devise and implement segmentation and personalisation strategies across channels to drive sales
* Analyse, forecast and report on weekly and EOM results with actionable insights
Requirements
* 6+ years in a similar role with ecommerce experience, ideally in the health and wellness space
* Experience developing ecommerce growth strategies with proven experience driving revenue
* Familiarity with product and stock management in an ecommerce setting
* Hands-on experience across ecommerce platforms, marketing automations, maintenance and optimisation in Klaviyo
* Hands-on experience in Klaviyo
* Experience in a fast-paced environment
* Strong capabilities in analytics, data interpretation and reporting to a variety of audiences
* High comfort level with troubleshooting HTML (with developer support)
