As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing leads, representing the business to prospective buyers, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Main Responsibilities
* Manage the sales process from lead to contract signing, providing a personalized experience
* Maintain accurate records and follow up all leads promptly
* Present product features, floorplans, and lifestyle benefits tailored to customer needs
* Provide regular reporting and feedback on sales performance and market activity
* Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and campaign performance, and manage company social media presence
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You
* 5+ years of experience as a real estate sales consultant
* Commercial real estate sales experience required
* Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve targets
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Availability to work on weekends and travel to sites as required
* Strong negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach
* Comprehensive knowledge of commercial property markets required
* Self-motivated and organized with strong attention to detail
* Victorian real estate licence required at application
* Valid Australian work rights required
