Key Requirements
* Aceqa-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
* At least 3 years of experience in a childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership roles
* A current Working with Children Check
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities effectively
