WHAT IS THE ROLE?
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to play a key role in supporting our global Business Development activity across airlines, hotels, and luxury brands.
This is an internal support role working closely with the Marketing Director and wider marketing, brand, sales and client service teams to ensure Business Development and Client Relationship teams are fully enabled with the tools, content, samples and information they need to grow the business.
You will also support digital activity, live client programs and global trade shows across the year.
This role blends structure with creativity.
While you will not be directly responsible for revenue, your work will directly support the success of business development and client service activity through strong marketing execution, research, content coordination and budget tracking and reconciliation.
Key areas of support include pitch preparation and research, maintaining sales kits, case studies and sell sheets, coordinating samples and follow ups for BD leads, tracking competitor and industry activity, supporting website updates and LinkedIn content, assisting with content calendars and simple digital reporting, and helping deliver global trade shows through logistics, samples and collateral preparation.
You will also support the ongoing needs of live clients through the Marketing Director and broader client teams.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A Degree in Marketing or related field Someone who has worked in similar B2B Marketing or Business Development support role Highly organised, proactive and detail focused Strong Communication skills and ability to work cross functionally A love of the travel industry Has a genuine interest in brands, design, innovation and digital content Experience working in airlines, hotels, tourism or related sectors a bonus
