Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a challenging role in occupational rehabilitation. This position involves providing expert advice and support to clients with various health conditions, helping them achieve return to work outcomes.
* This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
* The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of occupational rehabilitation principles and practices, as well as experience working with diverse client groups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop effective rehabilitation plans.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the rehabilitation process.
* Liaise with employers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care.
* Maintain accurate records and report on client progress and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
* Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Membership with ASORC or eligibility to apply.
* Fabulous communication skills – there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholders.
* Compassion and kindness always go a long way as does empathy;.

* A current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must.
