The Opportunity
Join us in driving new business across the mining, construction, engineering, manufacturing and service sectors.
You will take ownership of outbound engagement, assess lead potential and partner with our marketing team to execute successful go-to-market activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted outbound calls and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify leads in mining, construction, engineering, manufacturing and service sectors.
Design and execute successful go-to-market campaigns in collaboration with our marketing team.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT Directors, Operations Leaders).
Promote the value of IFS solutions and clearly articulate our differentiation.
Collaborate with Sales Executives to hand over qualified opportunities and support the full sales cycle.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and activities in our CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and pipeline targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven B2B telemarketing, inside sales or business development experience (ideally in ERP, EAM, FSM or enterprise software).
Excellent communication skills – confident, articulate and professional on the phone and in writing.
Strong relationship-building and objection-handling abilities.
Self-motivated, disciplined and target-driven.
Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce) highly regarded.
Familiarity with the mining, construction, engineering or service management sectors is a significant advantage.
