We are seeking multiple experienced Maintenance Fitters and Maintenance Electricians to support our fast-paced food manufacturing facility. These roles are essential to ensuring our machinery and plant equipment remain safe, reliable and efficient, minimising downtime, protecting product quality and keeping production moving.

About the Roles
We are currently recruiting Maintenance Fitters and Electricians to join our growing team. Working on a roster that gives you a great work life balance with a highly competitive salary, you will ensure equipment, plant, and machinery operate safely, efficiently, and consistently in a busy FMCG environment.
Electricians – Key Responsibilities
• Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance across production lines, packaging equipment, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults with urgency to support continuous production.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and modification of manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards, HACCP, GMP, and site policies.
• Maintain accurate service records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to optimise plant performance.
Fitters – Key Responsibilities
• Perform mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment, conveyors, motors, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime and support production continuity.
• Undertake preventative maintenance tasks and improvements to extend equipment life.
• Assist with mechanical installations, upgrades, and project work.
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, HACCP, GMP, and site procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to process improvement.
About You
Electricians
• Qualified/licensed Electrician (A-Grade or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, PLCs, control systems.
• Experience in maintenance within FMCG, food manufacturing, or similar industrial environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding capability.
• Commitment to workplace safety and collaborative teamwork.
Fitters
• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or Fitter & Turner.
• Strong mechanical maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, bearings, motors, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sound troubleshooting skills.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and teamwork.
