This is a role for someone who lives and breathes online retail. You’ll be the person who makes sure stock is live and looking its best, campaigns go up on time, and the website is running smoothly — every detail counts when it comes to creating a seamless customer experience.
From managing Shopify day-to-day and keeping integrations firing, through to setting up campaign banners, badges and discounts, you’ll be across it all.
You’ll make sure product pages shine with the right imagery, descriptions and SEO, keep Klaviyo clean and connected, and report on performance each week so the business knows what’s working. It’s a role that blends detail and creativity — you’ll be the hands-on operator who spots issues before anyone else and solves them quickly.
The ideal candidate will bring a few years’ experience in ecommerce, ideally with a retail or consumer brand, and we would love for you to carry some fluency in Shopify and Klaviyo. You’ll understand SEO fundamentals, be comfortable setting up campaigns and product catalogues, and enjoy the mix of technical problem-solving and digital merchandising. Most of all, you’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in making the online store hum.

Responsibilities
