What You'll Be Doing Day‑to‑Day
As our Finance Officer, you'll keep the financial heartbeat pumping smoothly through responsibilities like:
Keeping accounts receivable, accounts payable, the general ledger, banking, and asset records sharp, accurate and on time.
Owning supplier enquiries and reconciling statements like a pro.
Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Preparing tidy, accurate general ledger account recs.
Producing reconciled trial balances within agreed timelines.
Managing PAYG and BAS reporting with precision.
Supporting AR/AP/GL/banking/asset reporting for month‑end and year‑end crunch time.

What You'll Bring
We're Looking For Someone With
Strong experience across the full finance function—Payroll (250+ employees), AP, AR, GL and asset registers.
Confidence with accounting software (e.g. MYOB).
Strong Excel chops and experience with finance/accounting systems.
Clear, confident communication—written, verbal, interpersonal and consultative.
Team‑first attitude and the ability to thrive in a high‑performing environment.
Top‑notch organisational and problem‑solving skills.
