Trade Account Executive

As a Trade Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key B2B relationships within the tourism and hospitality sectors, with a particular focus on the Mandarin-speaking market.
About the Role
* You will build and nurture relationships with trade partners, including travel agents, wholesalers, tourism boards, and hospitality providers.
* You will identify and convert new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
* You will deliver engaging product training, roadshows, and sales presentations in English and Mandarin.
* You will collaborate with marketing and operational teams to develop culturally relevant campaigns and promotions.
* You will monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to provide insight-driven reporting.
About You
* You have 2–3+ years of experience in a sales, trade, or account management role, ideally within tourism or hospitality.
* You are fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
* You have strong communication and presentation skills, with a customer-first and cross-cultural mindset.
* You can manage multiple clients and deliver on sales targets.
* You have an understanding of Chinese travel trends and distribution channels.
