Location and Conditions
- Location: Kalgoorlie
- Pay Rate: $150k annually (inclusive of allowances) + Company Vehicle + Super
- Hours: 40 hours per week with RDO
- Work Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Role and Responsibilities
As a hands-on Carpenter Leading Hand in our Hire Yard you will:
- Perform basic servicing, repairs and maintenance to modular buildings.
- Forklift operations - load and unload modular units and hire equipment.
- Oversee and assist the inspection, cleaning, and preparation of units for re-hire.
- Coordinate and assist with deliveries, pickups and fleet movements.
- Perform basic servicing, repairs and maintenance.
- Accurate record keeping.
- Support customers with equipment handovers and queries.
- Ensure safety compliance and supervision of daily operations.
About You
- Trade qualified – Carpentry.
- Valid driver’s licence (essential).
- Forklift licence (or willing to obtain).
- Experience with general maintenance and use of hand-tools.
- Physically fit and safety conscious.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Basic computer skills.
- Based in Kalgoorlie or willing to relocate.
- Must have full Australian working rights.
