Vascular Clinical Nurse Specialist/ Coordinator

The Vascular Clinical Nurse Specialist/Coordinator will be a valued member of the Vascular Services team. This is a key clinical and coordination role supporting the delivery of high‐quality, patient‐centred care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. The role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless care across the patient journey. It combines advanced clinical practice with care coordination, supporting patients with complex vascular conditions and contributing to effective multidisciplinary service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

* Coordinating patient care across acute inpatient units and outpatient services
* Coordinating vascular theatre lists, including patient scheduling, prioritisation, and liaison with surgical teams, perioperative services
* Supporting timely admission, transfer, and discharge processes
* Working collaboratively with nursing, allied health, medical, and support services to ensure integrated and efficient care delivery
