Landscape Tradesman Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be working hands-on across all areas of landscaping.
* Feature planting and garden builds require attention to detail and creativity. You must be able to envision and bring to life unique outdoor spaces that exceed our clients expectations.
* Turfing, soil prep, and irrigation are critical components of landscape maintenance. You should be knowledgeable about different types of grasses, soil conditions, and irrigation systems.
* Retaining walls and edging can greatly enhance the aesthetic appeal of a property. Your ability to design and build functional and visually appealing structures is essential.
* Paving, decking, and outdoor structures require technical expertise and attention to detail. You must be able to work safely at heights and ensure that all structures meet local building codes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of materials, including plants, trees, and hardscapes. You will also collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or construction
* Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
