What is the role?
This is a full-time role for a Warehouse Manager. As a Warehouse Manager at Kollektive, you will be responsible for the proficient operations of our fast paced, agile warehouse. This role is located in Moorabbin, VIC
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with a high attention to detail coupled with an agile can-do attitude.
Required skills and attributes:
* Great time management and organisation with the ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
* Demonstrated experience in managing inbound and outbound orders, from sales order receipt to dispatch. From small D2C orders to large EDI multinational customers.
* Experience with freight bookings, dispatch documentation, and logistics coordination
* Skilled in facility management - including maintenance scheduling, contractor management, and site compliance
* Strong analytical and reporting abilities (KPI tracking, stock accuracy, order performance metrics)
* Care for and management of OHS
* Ability to respond well to direction and adjust workflow when requested and required.
* Proficiency in WMS / ERP systems such as DEAR (Cin7), EDI, MONDAY, Shopify with int-adv. MS Office skills, Excel skills.
* High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in stock management and order processing
* Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
* Experience implementing or improving warehouse systems, SOPs, and layout optimisation
* An ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, Senior Management.
* Detail oriented and a care for data integrity.
* Teamwork and excellent communication skills are a must.
