The Role:
* Coordinate teams of plant operators and participate in the operation of heavy machinery to construct new factories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate excavators, backhoes, front-end loaders, and bobcats with minimal supervision.
* Oversee the smooth functioning of small to medium-sized teams.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years experience operating various earthmoving machines.
* Relevant certifications or tickets (if applicable).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
