Our clients turn to us when they need clarity in complexity—and we deliver. As our conveyancing work continues to grow, we are expanding our Business & Property Team in Newcastle.

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to take ownership of a steady stream of residential and commercial property transactions. In this role, you will work closely with our Property Solicitor and play a key part in developing our processes, creating precedents and the space for her to work on broader matters. For the right person, there is also scope to grow your own expertise by assisting with leases and business transactions.

What You Will Do
* Manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters
* Facilitating transfers of property pursuant to family law court orders and binding financial agreements.
* Draft and review contracts, agreements, and related legal documents
* Conduct searches and investigations to identify and address potential risks
* Ensure compliance with VOI, disclosure obligations, and NSW property law
* Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and legal representatives
* Use LEAP and Microsoft Office to manage workflow, documentation, and timelines
* Collaborate with the Property Solicitor and Business & Property Team to support matter progression
* Assist in lease and business transactions as your skills and confidence grow

What You Bring
* NSW Conveyancer's License
* At least 3 years of independent conveyancing experience
* Strong knowledge of NSW property law and procedures
* Ability to manage 20+ active matters with attention to detail and care
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in PEXA, LEAP (or similar software) and Microsoft Office
* A proactive and accountable mindset, with a genuine interest in professional development
