This is a senior leadership role within residential mental health services.
You’ll lead a group of programs supporting people with complex needs across step-up, step-down and longer-term residential settings. The role combines team leadership, operational oversight and close coordination with clinical services.
The Role
You will:
* Lead residential mental health programs across multiple settings
* Manage and support Coordinators and frontline teams
* Work closely with clinical services and external stakeholders
* Oversee staffing, rostering, risk and service delivery
* Contribute to improving how services operate over time
About You
We’re looking for someone who has experience within mental health services, ideally in residential or community-based settings.
You’ll bring:
* Experience leading teams in a shift-based or 24/7 environment
* Strong understanding of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practice
* Confidence working alongside clinical or multidisciplinary teams
* The ability to manage competing priorities in a complex setting
If your experience sits outside of mental health service delivery, this role is unlikely to be a fit.
What’s on Offer
* SCHADS Award Lvl 6, $110,102 -$114,893 + super (negotiable dependent on experience)
