As a Rehabilitation Consultant, some of your day to day includes:
Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)
Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals and completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
Deliver our innovative virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery - This program centres around using virtual reality and modern pain science to help people understand pain and re-train their brain and body.
We welcome new graduates to apply or soon to graduate Exercise Physiologists, Osteopaths or Physiotherapists
We offer a hands-on approach to learning and developing your career.

Qualifications
You'll be a driven and energetic professional with hopefully all of the qualities below
Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or Physiotherapy
Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA or eligibility to apply
Fabulous communication skills - there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholders
Compassion and kindness always go a long way as does empathy;
It's the kind of career where well developed time management skills are a must
A current validDriver's Licenseand access toown carwithcomprehensive insuranceis a must.
