Work alongside another Clincial Nurse and report in to a long standing Clinical Manager.

Your Role
* As a Clinical Nurse, you'll take a hands-on leadership role in clinical care delivery while supporting and mentoring the nursing and care teams. You will:
* Lead and coordinate best-practice resident care
* Oversee wound care, medication management, and AN-ACC documentation
* Mentor and guide RNs and care staff to achieve quality outcomes
* Partner with families and allied health teams to deliver holistic care
* Foster a safe, supportive, and resident-focused workplace culture
About You
* Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration
* 1-2 years experience working as a Clinical Nurse within aged care
* Proven ability to provide strong clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to nursing and care teams
* Sound knowledge of AN-ACC, accreditation standards, compliance requirements, and care planning processes
* A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centred care
