Our corporate services team partners with our direct support staff, clients, and their families to ensure we continue our mission to change lives for the better.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Group Financial Planning and Analysis team to provide short, mid and long term financial planning, analysis, and insights that support effective decision-making across the business.
* Support the CFO and Executive Leadership Team by implementing and embedding group financial planning and analysis services to support the achievement of our Strategy.
* Leverage technology and establish data and reporting systems to drive transparency and ownership of financials.
* Provide business leaders with timely financial insight that supports data-driven decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications:
Tertiary level qualifications in business, commerce or a relevant field.
Qualified and registered Chartered or Certified Practising Accountant.
Extensive experience in managing the FP&A function in a large and complex organisation.
Experience with best practice Enterprise Performance Management tools.
