What Your Days Might Look Like
* Oversee daily service operations
* Lead team performance, rostering, and training
* Manage stock, suppliers, and service standards
* Drive sales and meet revenue targets
* Ensure compliance with RSA
* Work across day, night, weekday and weekend shifts as required

About You
* 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role
* Background in hotels, resorts, or premium venues
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach
* Confidence in operations, training, and customer service
* RSA and Driver's Licence (bar experience a plus)
