How will you contribute?
* Provide exceptional customer service at front-of-house and over the phone, supporting patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
* Maintain accurate patient records and assist with admissions, discharges, and data entry into our clinical systems.
* Support theatre and ward administration, ensuring all paperwork and communication processes are timely and efficient.
* Work flexibly across departments, contributing to a positive team environment and helping improve systems and services through continuous improvement efforts.
