We are seeking a skilled SAP Work Zone Developer to support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for a leading education services provider in Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP Work Zone for HR.

AUD 150,742 – 171,215 (Annual Gross)

Key Responsibilities
* Design and configure SAP Work Zone for HR to deliver personalized, role-based access to HR services and content.
* Develop custom widgets, cards, and UI integrations.
* Implement workflows and extensions using SAP UI5, Fiori, and SAP Launchpad services.
* Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
* Configure communication systems, arrangements, and destinations for data replication.
* Ensure accurate field mapping and data synchronization for workforce persons, cost centers, bank data, and availability information.
* Support HR scenarios like time recording, resource management, and contingent workforce integration.
* Create technical documentation for integration flows, configurations, and custom developments.
* Provide support during testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live phases.
Skill / Competencies / Experience
ESSENTIAL
* Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide the team.
* Tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
PREFERRED
* Minimum 10+ years of experience with at least 1 full‑cycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
* Hands‑on expertise in SAP UI5, Fiori, CDS Views, and OData services.
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with S/4HANA Cloud.
* Familiarity with SAP Master Data Integration (MDI) and Business Data Orchestration.
* Knowledge of CBC setup and tenant configuration in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
* Understanding of HR processes and data models in SAP systems.
ADDITIONAL
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills.
