We're recruiting for a well-established civil construction company delivering quality infrastructure projects across South East Queensland.
Due to new projects kicking off, they are looking to expand their team. We are seeking experienced Excavator Operators + Pipelayers / Pit Builders with the intent of moving into permanent positions.
About the Roles
You'll be working on civil projects including trenching, drainage, and pit installation. These positions suit reliable, skilled operators and tradespeople who take pride in their work and can work effectively as part of a crew.
What We're Looking For
Excavator Operator
Proven experience operating excavators in civil construction
Strong understanding of trenching, services, and working around assets
Ability to lead and work closely with ground crew
Pipelayer / Pit Builder
Experience in stormwater, drainage and pit construction
Ability to read plans and work to levels
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Essential Requirements
* Must be local to Sunshine Coast or Gympie
* Willingness to travel to job sites as required
* Construction White Card
* Relevant tickets / qualifications and demonstrated experience
* Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
